- Marketing – The marketing team oversees digital, social media and brand marketing, providing a consistent message throughout the customer journey. They ensure each hotel’s information is easily accessible and featured prominently on direct channels, search engines, and third-party travel sites.
- Sales – The shared services sales team provides professional representation equally and efficiently for all Modus Hotels. The team is responsible for executing on the overall segmentation strategy to attain optimal market share and G.O.P goals for each individual hotel.
- People & Culture – People & Culture oversees a hotel’s most vital asset: its people. The team oversees our recruitment efforts, employee relations, professional development, performance management, engagement, and other initiatives related to employing a best-in-class workforce.
- Finance & Accounting – Strong financial expertise across the portfolio gives owners and investors useful information to assist in planning and forecasting for future needs. This also allows for economies of scale, group purchasing benefits and other cost savings opportunities
- Operations – From managing transitions to staffing and purchasing, our operational leadership team oversees every detail in the day-today operations of our 24/7 hotels. Most importantly our guests are in their care and creating unique experiences is at the core of what they do.
